Jorge Roque

Born in Alentejo, Portel. He studied in Évora to 1995, when he joined the Faculty of Fine Arts where he graduated in deLisboa Equipment Design in the year 2001.

With professional passes through the port and Italy, back to basics, in 2005. No year of 2009 He attended the course in architecture at the University of Évora, but the music always showed up as the strongest passion.

With a long history in the panorama of national music, integrated several musical projects which, from 10 years old, They led to numerous national and international stage, making known, not only its interpretative facet, through its magnificent vocal instrument, but also, and more recently, by authorship and their compositions as a musician.

The Sing Alentejo, Fado and later the Pop and Rock, led him to television where in 2010 He was crowned winner of the last edition of the RTP TV show 1, operation Triumph. Jorge Roque attended in 2011 the prestigious international music school, Berklee College of Music, em Boston, where he studied and took the opportunity to enrich their musical knowledge. In 2013 He released his first original album, titled "Sometimes", authored texts and songs in his own name.

It is considered primarily a singer, and from that self-assessment, founded in 2015 the project Monda, along with more 2 Alentejo musicians, getting all the attention of the Portuguese public in the edition of the first album Monda.

Pedro Zagalo

He began his musical studies at age five in Elvas Music Academy, where did the general course of the Conservatory. He studied piano, classical guitar and composition. A degree in Music Education by the School of Education of Setúbal and has a Masters Degree in Musical Education Teaching in Primary Education.

And in the field of musical pedagogy with names like Edwin Gordon, Maurizio Padovan, Keith Swanwick, Pepy Michaelides, José Carlos Godinho, Antonio Vasconcelos, Helena Rodrigues, Paulo Maria Rodrigues, grace haystacks.

It is currently pianist and founder of the musician "Monda", He is also a pianist and musical director of the musician "Miguel Gameiro", making numerous concerts throughout the country and abroad. He is Professor of Music Education and Director of the College Music School Laura Vicuña.

Herlander Medina

Natural Charity, Municipality of Reguengos de Monsaraz, School was in Évora Professional Music String Bass who studied with Jorge Carreiro teachers and Yuri Axenov. As a second instrument, He was dedicated to the piano with Professor Dragomir Dochev. He also studied at school JBJazz, in Lisbon.

Integrating the Band of the Portuguese Air Force as instrumentalist Bass Strings, He participated in numerous concerts at home and abroad and collaborates regularly with the Sinfonietta Orchestra of Lisbon, Pearce in the direction Vasco de Azevedo and Camerata Musical Barreiro, with the direction of Professor Lopes da Cruz.

He is a founding member of the project MONDA.
